FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need my own ski gear?

Ski boots and skis are available to rent. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing. Helmets are encouraged but not required for adults.

How long are sessions?

Flow Sessions and Ski Instruction are 30 minutes each. Team Training is booked by the hour. Additional time can be added based on availability.

Can beginners use the machines?

Absolutely. The Cub is purpose-built for first-timers ages 3–7, and The Ridge accommodates all skill levels from beginner through advanced. No experience required.

How do I book?

Call us at (801) 555-0365 or email info@slopeside365.com. Online booking coming soon. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Team Training bookings require 48 hours notice.

Are group discounts available?

Yes — school groups, race clubs, and corporate bookings all qualify for custom rates. Reach out directly and we'll build a package that works for your group.

The Platform

The Vertical Wall is a stationary 50° slope — steeper than nearly every run on the Wasatch Front. At 10 feet wide and 18 feet tall, it gives skiers enough room to practice real technique without the consequence of an actual cliff face.

A ceiling-mounted safety harness system keeps you secure at all times, letting you focus entirely on body position, edge control, and movement — without the fear of a runaway fall.

It's the only way to repeatedly practice steep-skiing technique indoors, year-round, with a certified coach right beside you.
